SumiLicious Smoked Meat Deli
Started in 2018 by Chef Sumith Fernando, who worked at Montreal's famous smoked meat deli Schwartz's for 17 years, SumiLicious quickly gained a loyal following. This small deli serves fatty tender meat that is marinated for 10-14 days, smoked for 8 hours, and steamed for three. Since 2022, SumiLicious has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, making it the first Scarborough restaurant to receive a Michelin recognition.
