After many years of working with some of the best Thai kitchens in Toronto, Chef Noi, the owner of Sisaket Thai, brings her creative passion to life by crafting dishes inspired by her home province of Sisaket in Northeast Thailand. Sisaket Thai Kitchen offers beloved Thai favorites, such as pad thai, alongside authentic Isaan dishes like sai krok isan (fermented pork sausage). Must-tries include the pad mee see chom po (pink noodles) and the Thai basa fillet. We also recommend asking for Chef Noi’s latest and greatest creations when you visit.
