A must-visit restaurant for meat lovers, Michelin Guide-recognized Northern Smokes uses custom reverse flow woodstick burners and seasoned split hardwood to smoke their meats to tender, juicy perfection. Their meats are marinated in a variety of flavours, including Southern-style BBQ, Korean, or Caribbean jerk, and all of the meats are 100% hand-slaughtered halal.
